While office lobby access was closed this week, we are still available to serve your energy needs. Our main goal is the health of our community and to maintain the comfort and utility that electricity and natural gas provide you and our community. The steps we have taken place safety at the forefront for the community we serve and our employees and response team.
We will be in office to answer phones and process drop box payments.
We are available via email to take care of your power planning needs.
We have our full response team available to restore power and natural gas from outages, and for new service work.

Use our automated 24 hour-a-day pay-by-phone system (844-206-7875) to make a payment. You will need your account number or the registered phone number on file in order to access your account. You can also access your account at www.LVEnergy.com. Call or go online at your convenience.

Download the SmartHub app today on your Android or Apple mobile device – it’s a great (and EASY) way to analyze your energy usage and pay your bill on the go. (Search for “smarthub” in your app store.) You can also drop off checks or cash at our office drop boxes.
