At the June 24, 2021 Lower Valley Energy Board of Directors meeting today, changes to natural gas rates were discussed in depth. Components that make up the natural gas rate such as commodity cost were closely evaluated. Due to increased wholesale natural gas prices it is necessary to increase natural gas rates.
As of July 25, 2021, natural gas rates will increase approximately $.0517 per therm. As your energy provider, we want you to know that we are doing everything we can to keep your rates as low as possible.
