2025 Lower Valley Energy Annual Meeting Recap

Afton, WYOMING – Lower Valley Energy held its annual meeting tonight in the Jackson office. Board of Director seats 2 (Fred Brog) and 5 (Bob McLaurin) were up for election this year. Fred Brog ran against Thayne Mayor Devin Simpson and Bob McLaurin ran unopposed.

All voters for the District 2 election were entered into a drawing and the winners are as follows:
– $100 energy credit: Frank Schofield
– $100 energy credit: Madlyn Bloxham
– $100 energy credit: Colt Rich

Below are the results of the District 2 election:
Devin Simpson: 142 votes
Fred Brog: 327 votes

Fred Brog retains his board of director seat. The Lower Valley Energy Board of Directors wishes to thank Devin Simpson for his interest in serving the cooperative and the greater community.
