Happy National Lineman Appreciation Day — and Wyoming Lineman Day!

This week, Wyoming made it official. April 13th was proclaimed Wyoming’s very own Lineman Appreciation Day — a state-level recognition that Wyoming’s linemen deserve to be celebrated on their home turf, not just nationally. And on April 18th, the entire country joins in.

Two days. One message: the work you do matters.

To the incredible crew at Lower Valley Energy — thank you. Think about the ground these linemen cover: from Flagg Ranch in the north to Bondurant in the east, from Smoot and the length of Star Valley in the south to Swan Valley in the west. That’s hundreds of miles of line stretching across some of the most rugged, remote, and beautiful country in America — and every mile of it has to be built, maintained, and repaired in all conditions, at all hours.

Whether it’s a blizzard rolling through the valley, a summer storm taking down lines in the backcountry, or just another day working at height with thousands of volts at your fingertips — you show up. Every single time.
