Yesterday, Lower Valley Energy CEO Bear Prairie hit both our Afton and Jackson offices to host all-employee alignment meetings — making sure every member of the LVE team is connected, informed, and moving in the same direction. These gatherings are a testament to the open, people-first culture that defines our cooperative. Bear’s commitment to showing up in person at both locations speaks volumes about the value we place on every single employee, no matter where they sit.
