If you smell gas, follow the instructions listed below for the appropriate situation.

- Do not smoke, do not use lighter or matches
- Do not turn off/on any switches or appliances
- Ventilate the area, by opening doors and windows

- Evacuate building
- Do not re-enter gaseous area for any reason
- Keep bystanders away from the affected area

- Do not smoke, do not use lighter or matches
- Stop operating all equipment/vehicles
- Do not enter gaseous area, even to turn off equipment
- Do not attempt to repair damaged gas facilities
- Keep bystanders from area

If you suspect Carbon Monoxide is present (symptoms include dizziness, headaches, nausea, or flu-like symptoms):
- Call 911 if there are unconscious occupants or extreme symptoms
- Evacuate all occupants from the building
- Ventilate the area by opening doors and windows
- Turn off all appliances
